Incoming Oxford CS DPhil Student Looking for Room

Hello! I'm an incoming DPhil student at Oxford studying Computer Science, flying over from the United States late September.

I'm prioritizing proximity to the CS department building (Wolfson Building, Parks Road); ideally, I would be able to bike for less than 15 minutes from my place to the Wolfson Building (such as in Marston, Summertown, North Oxford, or other areas close to the City Centre).

I am quiet and considerate, and most of my days will probably be spent working in the CS department. I have my Oxford admission and financial documentation ready to provide.

I'm aiming for a budget of under £850 (bills included) or £700 (bills not included). I would require a 1 October move-in date, for a lease of approximately 1 year, though I don't have an exact end date in mind.
