Looking for a double room en-suite or buddy up

I’m 34 working in fashion, I work hybrid so 2 days a week will be from home . I’m a big foodie and love trying new restaurants, but equally would love to have a nice kitchen where I can get back to cooking for friends at home. I’m also into keeping active, usually at the gym or Pilates. My week tends to involve finding a good coffee spot, wine bar or somewhere new to eat.

I’m looking for a calm, clean and comfortable home that feels like a nice place to come back to. I’m independent and have my own friends, hobbies and life, but I’d also love to live with someone who’s friendly and sociable and who’d be up for a chat, a glass of wine or hanging out together in the evening now and then. I think the ideal balance is having your own space and life, while still genuinely enjoying living together and feeling at home.

What I’m looking for:
• A good-sized double room
• En-suite this is a must for me
• A nice kitchen with space to cook
• A balcony or garden would be a big bonus, especially in the summer
• A clean and well-kept home, ideally with a regular cleaner
• Somewhere residential and peaceful rather than directly on a really loud high street
• A friendly, considerate housemate who wants a relaxed and happy home
