Looking for a room 💫

Been messaging quite a few people on Facebook groups and here, but either people don’t read the ad or they disappear into the void haha 🥲 so thought I’d give this a go !

A little about me: I’m 31, originally from the south of France 🇫🇷 and half Italian too 🇮🇹 and I’ve been living in London for the past 10 years (with a one-year gap). I left last summer to travel the world 🌍 — had my little midlife crisis, iykyk 😂

I’m now at the very end of my travels, just waiting to find my new home and then I’ll be flying back to London ✈️

I’m a barber/hairdresser and already have a job secured for when I’m back, so no WFH here! 😅

As a flatmate, I’m clean, tidy, easygoing and respectful. I love cooking, brunches, the outdoors, discovering new places, a nice playlist playing in the background, incense burning, theatre, cinema, summer festivals… but I’m equally happy with a quiet night in 🫶🏾

I’m looking to share with 1 or 2 people maximum, ideally around my age with similar interests. I’m really looking for a homey home rather than just somewhere to come back and sleep — I’d love to actually get along with my flatmates and make the place feel like home 💫

📍 East London: Stepney, Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, Hackney, Dalston & surrounding areas
💷 Budget: around £1,200 pcm, ideally including bills
📅 Move-in: early October, latest end of October

As I’m currently still travelling and not physically in London, I’m more than happy to FaceTime for a viewing/chat 📱✨

As I won’t have 3 months of recent payslips due to travelling, I’m happy to pay 3 months’ rent upfront and provide references/proof of employment.
