About me

I’m 27 and a quiet, respectful and easy-going person. I tend to keep myself to myself and enjoy a peaceful home environment. I don’t party, drink or smoke, and I’m very focused on fitness, spending a lot of my free time at the gym.

I’m clean and considerate of shared spaces and would be looking for a friendly, comfortable place where everyone respects each other’s privacy and space. I’m happy to be sociable and have a chat, but I’m equally comfortable doing my own thing.

Work / studies

I’m currently not working, but I have previously worked as a scaffolder. I’m currently working with the council and Launchpad in Reading to secure financial support towards my accommodation, including support with my first month’s rent and deposit.

I’m looking to move as soon as the financial support is confirmed and am keen to find somewhere stable that I can settle into.

Room required

I’m looking for a clean and comfortable room in a shared house or flat, preferably somewhere quiet and well maintained. I’m open to different types of rooms and would consider both short- and long-term options, although ideally I’d like somewhere I can stay for the longer term.

Must-haves / deal breakers

Must-haves:

* Clean and reasonably quiet household
* Respectful housemates
* A safe and comfortable place to live
* Access to kitchen and bathroom facilities
* Good transport links would be a bonus

Deal breakers:

* Regular partying or a very noisy household
* An unclean or poorly maintained property
* A lack of respect for personal space

I’m flexible on the exact setup and would be happy to discuss the property and household to see whether it would be a good fit for everyone.
