Seeking ground floor Studio/One bed flat/bungalow

I am looking to rent a ground floor Studio/One bedroom flat or bungalow (whole property for myself).

However, I am open to an Arrangement where I am within a Shared Household if I have my own Facilities and Access to the property.

I am a conscientiousness person, who aims to live a quiet and peaceful life. I am hoping to Move near to the Exmouth area to be closer to my Family.
