Hi! I’m a 28-year-old PhD student from China and will be a visiting scholar at Cardiff University for one year. I’m friendly, clean, quiet and respectful, and I’m a non-smoker with no pets.
I’m looking for a single room from around 25 October 2026, ideally for 6–12 months. My budget is up to £550 per month, preferably including bills. I’d prefer somewhere with convenient access to Cardiff University.
