Hi, I'm a 24-year-old trainee actuary moving to London for a new job in the City, and I'm looking for a room in a friendly house or flat from 16th October. I have previous rental reference and UK guarantor.
I'm easy-going, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I'm happy to chip in with the little things that keep a house running smoothly.
I'm not fussy about the type of house, but I'd love to be near district/northern line for an easy commute to the City.
