Intro
Hello! I am an American international student from New Jersey attending University of Sussex for a 1 year masters in psychology. I'm looking at this flat to rent for the duration of my term. I have no pets and it will be just me. I'm a very clean person, enjoy cooking, love cats and I have two at home who I can't bring :( I have a partner, also in New Jersey, whose company has an office in Brighton and she may want to occasionally visit but would never overstay. I have my family as a guarantor if needed for the landlord. Thank you!!
