27-year-old looking for a relaxed, well-kept home

I’ve recently moved to London to start my Master’s at LSE and I’m looking for a place that I can genuinely make feel like home.
I’m 27, easy-going, considerate and responsible. I’m naturally quite tidy and really appreciate living somewhere that is clean, comfortable and well looked after. I’m definitely looking for more of a settled, homely environment rather than a typical student-house atmosphere — somewhere you can come back to at the end of the day and actually enjoy being in.
I’m calm and pretty relaxed, but also sociable and enjoy being around people. I really value a good balance at home — everyone having their own lives and space, while still contributing to a warm, friendly household where you feel comfortable and at home together.
I’m respectful of other people’s space and belongings. I’d ideally love to find a place that feels cozy and pleasant aesthetically too — nothing extravagant, just somewhere cared for, comfortable and with a bit of warmth to it.
Ultimately, I’m hoping to find a friendly, relaxed household with people who also see their flat as a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
