Room wanted

I am a single female, 36 with no dependants looking for a rental property after leaving a difficult home situation. I do have a two older dogs (11 and 13). They are extremely well behaved, very friendly, have never caused any damage and are quiet.

Although I will be relying on benefits to pay the rent initially due to my situation, I am keen to start my own business and income once I am settled somewhere. I hope you will consider my application. I am happy to answer any further questions you may have.

I follow a plantbased diet and would love to find housemates with similar values but this is not a requirement.

Thank you so much for your time.
