Room Wanted - Friendly & Tidy Professional

Hi! I'm currently looking for a room to rent in South London with a move in date from 20th November.

A little about me - I moved to London from Australia just over a year ago and am loving it. I’m 28 and currently working for a wealth management firm in the city. In my spare time I enjoy exploring different parts of London, travel and trying new cafes and pubs/bars. I love to socialise but am equally happy parked up somewhere to read my book 😌

I'm an easy-going, tidy and friendly housemate who is always up for a chat but is also considerate of everyone’s space and downtime. I am very reliable with paying rent and bills, and looking after the property.

I'm looking for a comfortable home with likeminded housemates who are up for the occasional dinner, drink or spontaneous plan, but equally appreciate having their own space.
What I'm looking for:
- Budget: up to £850 per month
- Preferred areas: Balham, Clapham, Brixton and Wandsworth
- Preferably to move in from 1st November but can also make end of October work if needed
- Ideally furnished double room.
