Working Professional Looking for a Room in Bolton

Hi, I’m Prince. I’m a postgraduate student studying International Business with Human Resources Management at Ulster University, Manchester, and I’m also working alongside my studies.

I’m friendly, respectful, clean and responsible. I value a peaceful and comfortable home environment and I’m considerate of other people’s space and routines. I’m also involved in music and church activities in my spare time.

I’m looking for a clean, safe and reasonably priced room in Bolton, preferably with good transport links to the town centre and Manchester. I’m open to a shared house with respectful and friendly housemates.

Room requirements: furnished room preferred, reliable Wi-Fi, access to a clean kitchen and bathroom, and a generally quiet environment suitable for studying and working.

Must-haves: a respectful household, cleanliness, good communication and a safe place to live. I’m particularly interested in reasonable rent and bills that are clearly explained.
