Looking for a flatmate/room to let

Hi! I am looking for a flatmate or a place to let. I will be moving to Birmingham around the last week of October due to work. I prefer to rent a place around Jewellery Quarter, preferably near City Centre’s Colmore Row.

I’d say I am someone who likes to keep things neat and clean— but overall I am just a very chill person. I also respect each one’s space and boundaries. Lastly, I can stay with someone who has a friendly pet :)
