Longer-term Lodger

My name is Luke, I am a young professional working in the emergency services. I am hoping to find a spare room for a longer term in the area ~ 6 months. I am open to a shorter / flexible term before a longer term is agreed.

Hopes:
I am hoping for a room with parking space nearby for my car.
I don't smoke, drink or have any pets and I take pride in a clean living space, having respect for other people's property.

Situ:
Currently, I am at the start of a process of leaving a rented house, which has a 2 month notice. It would be ideal if I can find a spareroom to accommodate me in up to 2 months time.

If it sounds like I might fit the bill, it would be great to discuss further.
