Single British man, seeking house share

Hi, I'm Simon. 63 year old, quiet male. Not currently working due to mobility issues after road traffic accident.

I'm looking for a room in a house share within a 45 min drive to Peterlee. My daughter is helping to support my recovery so I can't be too far away but am also open to hearing from outside this radius if the accommodation is accessible and very near to shops and a pub!

Currently I would appreciate a ground floor room with no stairs access to bathroom and kitchen, but I am beginning to work on stairs so will be able to consider all house shares in the next week or two.

Upper floor flats with reliable lift access would also work well for me.

Looking for somewhere ASAP, can provide first month's rent, a deposit and guarantor if required.
