I’m looking for a studio/1 bed flat (none shared)

I am a professional male, aged 34, looking for a studio or one-bedroom flat within York itself. I am available to move from 23 September 2026 and have a budget of around £800 pcm.

I work locally and study in the evenings, and I am looking for a long-term let where I can settle and genuinely make a home. I am specifically looking for my own self-contained property, so shared accommodation or a room is not an option.

I am happy to provide two references and proof of sufficient savings. I would also be willing to pay up to six months’ rent upfront to secure the right property.

I am flexible regarding the exact area within York, but I am not looking for properties on the outskirts of York.
