Professional looking for room in Edinburgh

Hi, I’m Alex, 22, and I work full-time at Lloyds Banking Group in Edinburgh. I’m currently commuting through from Glasgow, so I’m looking to move into Edinburgh and be closer to work.

I’m looking for a double room, ideally somewhere central or with an easy commute into the city centre. My budget is around £800pcm all in, although I can be a little flexible for the right place.

I’m tidy, respectful and easy to live with. I’m sociable and happy to chat or hang out with flatmates, but I also like having my own space and I’m pretty quiet during the week. Outside work I’m usually at the gym, playing padel or out seeing friends.

I’m a non-smoker, have stable full-time employment and can provide references or any documents needed. Ideally I’d like to live with other young professionals in a friendly, relaxed flat.

Happy to chat if you think I might be a good fit!
