Clean, professional exercise enthusist who enjoys

I am a security officer, looking for a room to call my own after a 12 hour shift.
I am a quiet, polite person who enjoys music and film. I also enjoy cycling and walking. I have no interest in bars but do enjoy a glass of wine from time to time.
I am a private person who would stay in my room, other than when I use the kitchen or bathroom.
Looking for a maximum 5 year rental. A reference can be provided by my current landlord, where I have lived for 5 years and 9 months.
