Professional 27F relocating to London

Hi! I’m Aiste, I’m looking for a room with an easy commute to Marylebone in a clean, comfortable and respectful home, ideally with professional flatmates.

I’m looking to spend around £1,100–£1,500 pcm, preferably with bills included. I’m particularly interested in a furnished double room with an en-suite/private bathroom, although I’m open to the right property if everything else is a great fit.

I’m quite flexible on the area as long as there’s good transport into central London, particularly towards Marylebone/Bond Street. I’d ideally like to be within a short walk of a Tube or train station.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy having a chat and being sociable, but I’m also independent and appreciate having my own space. I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than a party house.

Outside of work I enjoy the gym, cooking, art and exploring London, so I’d love to live somewhere with cafés, restaurants, shops and a gym nearby.
