Hi, my name is Rachael! I’m a 21-year-old student nurse, and I also work alongside university. I’d ideally love a flat share with someone I can become friends with rather than just being strangers who happen to live together

I’m preferably looking to live with another female student around a similar age, but I’m not completely limited to this and I’m open to anyone I feel I’d get along well with.

I’m 420 friendly and enjoy going out occasionally, so it would be nice to live with someone who also enjoys similar things. At the same time, I do value having my own space and independence.

I really value having a clean and comfortable home. Between university, working and trying to keep up with a social life, I may not always be home. So if your schedule isn’t quite as packed, you may find that you have the flat to yourself quite a lot of the time, which might suit you if you enjoy having that balance.

I’m looking for a 2-bed, 2-bath flat in or around Birmingham City Centre, with a budget of no more than £750 pcm each, plus any additional bills split between us. I’m hoping to find a property that we can both be genuinely happy with and make feel like home.
