East 15 Grad student, book lover, tea drinker
Hello, I’m Julia! I’m an incoming MA student from California about to start at East 15 (Uni. Of Essex, Loughton campus) and I’m looking for a room to rent.
I will be quite focused in on my studies but I always love an evening tea and catch up session with flatmates or dinner outdoors when it’s warm enough.
My program is one year so I’m looking for at least the next 12 months.
I value a home in which I can come home and have privacy and solitude on the regular, but like I said, I do adore being social!
Thank you!
Julia
