My name is Sean. I'm a process engineer working in the city centre, and I'm looking for a calm, homely place to live in either the West End or the Southside.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, respectful, and clean. I love being social and having a chat over a coffee or a shared meal, but I also completely understand and value for everyone to have their own space.

Outside of work, I'm a big outdoors enthusiast. I love hiking, climbing, and mountaineering. During the week, you'll usually find me at the local indoor climbing centres around the city.

My other big passions are music and food. I love discovering new artists, going to gigs, and collecting records (though I always keep the volume respectful!). I also love to cook, try out new cuisines, and share dishes I've made with flatmates. When I'm taking it easy, I usually unwind by reading or playing video games.

What I'm looking for:

* Location: West End or Southside.
* Practicalities: A secure spot for my bike, good public transport links to the centre for commuter days, and available car parking.
* Vibe: A warm, relaxed home with housemates who are equally happy doing their own thing or occasionally head out for a walk, explore new spots, or grab a coffee together.
