Room/Buddy Up Wanted

Hi! I’m Liv, 26, and I’m looking to relocate to the North West for work. I’ve applied for a few roles across the area, so I’m starting to look for a room or potentially someone to Buddy Up with once I know exactly where I’ll be based.

I’m a qualified NHS professional and teacher. I’m a busy professional during the week, but definitely like having a life outside of work!

I’m friendly and sociable and would ideally love to live with people I can actually become friends with rather than just awkwardly passing each other in the kitchen 😂.

I play rugby, love baking and cooking, brunch, watching sport and getting invested in a good TV series. I’m equally happy going out for a drink or sharing a bottle of wine at home and having a catch-up.

I also really value downtime and having my own space, so I’m not looking for a party house. I’m clean, tidy and respectful and would love a similar balance from the people I live with.

LGBTQ+ friendly and generally I’d love to live in an open-minded and inclusive household.

I have a car, so parking or easy nearby parking would be ideal. I’m fairly flexible on location at the moment depending on where I end up working, but I’m mainly looking around Manchester, Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

Ideally I’m looking for a furnished double room, or I’d be really keen to Buddy Up and find a nice 2-bed together. My budget is up to around £800pcm including bills, although ideally I’d like to stay a little below this.

Basically, I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home and people I genuinely get along with 😊
