58, Recently Retired Professional Looking for a Co

Recently retired, 58, friendly, tidy and respectful professional looking for a comfortable room in the Pontardawe area for the next 2–3 months, with a view to finding my own place locally.

I’m originally from Maesteg and have recently retired from a senior managerial role in the water industry. I still work casually as an odd-job man/painter and decorator, so I’m active and keep myself busy.

I’m easy-going, considerate and house-proud, and I’m looking for a relaxed, clean and friendly home where everyone respects each other.

I am sociable but also appreciate having my own time and privacy.
