Looking for room in Derry

Hi! I'm an MSc student moving to Londonderry to study at Ulster University. I'm clean, respectful, and reliable when it comes to rent and keeping shared spaces tidy.
I tend to keep a quiet routine focused on my studies, but I’m always up for a friendly chat with flatmates. Non-smoker, no pets, and looking for a comfortable room close to the Magee campus or with easy transport links.
Looking for a stay of 6 to 12 months starting 29th September,2026. If you have an available room, please drop me a message!
