Can anyone help?
I am looking for a room on a short term basis to tide me over until I complete the sale of my property which I don't live in (the siitting tenant is buyibg it) and the purchase of a new property. Between 3 to 6 months.
Mature, responsible male, retired but with sufficient income to pay the rental. Deposit no problem and able to supply references from previoud rentals.
Any location within West Midlands county. A quiet room would be nice!
Currently overseas and returning to the UK on 9th October, so free to view anytime after that date.
