Quiet, reliable tenant seeking furnished room
Free to contact
Hi there!
My name is Ursula and I'm looking for a quiet furnished room to rent. I'm a single, non-smoking retiree with no pets. I like to keep things tidy and I cook all my meals from scratch.
I am resettling in Northern Ireland to be near family again after living in Canada most of my adult life. I am happy to pay 4 months of rent in advance to alleviate any concerns about my Canadian pension.
Thank you,
Ursula
