Tidy, friendly professional looking for a room

Hi,

I’m looking for a room in a friendly, clean and respectful household. I work Monday to Friday, so during the week I’ll generally be out during the day and around in the evenings.

I’m tidy, genuine, considerate and easy to get along with. I’m respectful of other people’s space and would like somewhere that feels comfortable and homely rather than just somewhere to sleep.

At weekends I’ll sometimes be around and other times out and about, depending on what I’m doing. I’m flexible on the right place and happy to have a chat or answer any questions.
