Hi, I'm a postgraduate student in Edinburgh looking for a single or double room, ideally available from now or within the next few weeks.
A bit about me: I'm currently studying for a Master's, and I also work part-time. I'm tidy, quiet, easygoing, non-smoker, and have no pets. Looking for a calm, respectful household — happy to share with students or working professionals.
Budget: around £500-550pm, ideally with bills included or a clear estimate of extra costs.
Open to most areas of Edinburgh with good transport links. Please get in touch with details of your room, including rent, deposit, and availability. Happy to arrange a viewing quickly. Thank you!
