Flat Wanted 23-year-old professional

Hi, I’m a 23-year-old professional working as a bartender in Edinburgh, and I’m looking for a friendly flatshare with other professionals.

I’m ideally looking for a furnished room, with a budget of up to £900 per month including bills. My preferred areas are Bruntsfield, Morningside, Marchmont and Broughton, although I’m open to other nearby areas for the right place.

I’m hoping to move in during October and am ready to move quickly if I find somewhere suitable.

I’m clean, considerate and easy-going, and I’m looking for a sociable but respectful flat where everyone is comfortable doing their own thing as well as occasionally socialising.

I’d be very happy to meet the existing flatmates and come and view at short notice.

Please get in touch if you have a room available or know of anything suitable.
