Looking to find someone to share a flat/house with

Hello,

I’m currently living in a house share down in West Sussex but I’m looking to move back close to my family in London. Now we all know how expensive London can be so I’ve opted to move to the outskirts of London, so Essex is the first area that comes to mind and is close enough for me to still get into London easily, especially East London.

I’m still employed down South but will be looking for jobs in Essex or London before I make the final move. Within this time, I’d be looking to meet up with people that are also looking to move to Essex and potentially get a flat/house together.
I’m planning to move and have my new job by February/March 2027, so I’ve got a decent amount of time to get my affairs in order and meet my potential flatmates so we can see what options we’d like to live in, and also get to know each other to find out if we’d like to live together.
It would be great to be friends as well as roommates, so if we have common interests, that would work so well!!!
