Man seeking a room

I'm looking for a single or double room. It would have parking (essential but on street is okay) and a private bathroom (ideally but not a deal breaker)
I can move in immediately.
I'm a good guy, not judgemental and try to be friendly. I completely respect other people's privacy. I clean up after myself and leave things as I found them.
I go away for a couple of months every year and when I'm here I run a small business. I do work from home sometimes but only what I can do with my phone and laptop.
I don't care about politics one way or the other. I think I'm a philosophical thinker or at least I try to be.
I'm looking for a safe place to be at peace.
