Quiet WFH professional seeking flatshare

Hi! I’ve recently completed my MSc at LSE and am starting a full-time role in October. I’m looking for a comfortable room in a friendly flatshare, ideally from early October, although I’m flexible on the exact move-in date.

I’ll be working fully remotely, so I’m looking for a room with enough space for a proper desk/work setup and reliable internet. I’m happy with a smaller room as long as there’s enough space to work comfortably.

I’d ideally like to live with other professionals in a friendly and sociable household, somewhere people are happy to chat, occasionally have dinner or do things together, while still respecting each other’s space and privacy. I’m clean, tidy and considerate when it comes to shared spaces.

Location-wise, I’m quite flexible and am considering areas across South, West and East London, as well as other parts of outer London and well-connected commuter towns. As I work mostly remotely, I don’t need to optimise for a daily commute, but I’d ideally like to be within walking distance of a Tube, Overground or railway station.

Having a supermarket and gym/leisure centre nearby would also be a big plus.

My budget is up to £900 per month. I have a signed full-time employment offer, a UK guarantor and funds available for the deposit and initial rent, so I can move relatively quickly once I find the right place.

I’m open to both longer-term flatshares and shorter 3–6 month arrangements.
