Looking for a home away from home

I am moving from Dublin to Edinburgh very soon for work. I am seeking a nice flatshare with other girls. Other housemates who are laid back and like to have a chat and a cuppa together and creat a home feeling whilst being respecting of our privacy. I am single, 33, and will be working on site in admin Monday to Friday. I like to write, explore and enjoy a good coffee with friends. I do not smoke, I will have no pets , and I am very tidy and respectful. I can provide landlord references etc (FYI I do not have a UK guarantor as I will be moving over to the UK for the first time and this is a requirement that I have never needed before in Ireland so I am really hoping the landlord can be relaxed with this rule🙏🏻)..
