I am a reliable, disciplined, and clean professional looking for a short-term double room for 3 to 4 months with the potential to extend. I serve as a current Police Officer (6 years) and previously spent 24 years in the military, so you can trust that I am incredibly respectful of shared spaces, punctual with bills, and value a quiet, tidy home.
Because of my shift patterns and family commitments, I will be a very low-impact housemate. I work 1 weekend in 3 and when I am off, I head back down to London in my spare time with my two young daughters to spend time with family. This means I will rarely, if ever, be at the property on weekends, and my daughters will not be visiting or staying at the house.
I am looking for a furnished double room within a 30-mile radius of Liverpool for an easy commute.
