City center professional looking for a room

I'm neat, easy-going, friendly and private. Been working in the center for years and looking for a spacious en-suite closer or easier to get to work from. Washing machine and dishwasher access preferred. When at home, I'm mostly on the computer. Love movies, games and design. I do work nights, so prefer a room where it doesn't get too noisy during the day or where it's manageable.
