Buddy up: 30M seeks active flatmate for a 2-bed
After nine years in the same place in Surrey Quays, I'm ready for a move. I'm 30, gay, and a software engineer working near Liverpool Street. My week revolves around work, the gym, batch-cooking and getting decent sleep. I'm easy to live with, tidy and low-drama.
Who I'm hoping to find:
- Active and healthy. This is the big one for me - gym, running, sport, whatever you're into. If you're a gym regular too, even better.
- A non-smoker who doesn't drink much (I rarely drink myself).
- Disciplined and respectful of personal space, but still friendly. I'd like to share the odd meal or film on the sofa, not hide in our rooms.
- Sociable and relaxed about guests. Friends, family and partners coming over should feel normal for both of us.
- Wants a proper home, not a stopgap. Someone happy to stay a few years and to chip in on nice furnishings and comforts to make the place feel good.
The flat: a 2-bed with a proper living room, clean and well kept, ideally around Canada Water/Bermondsey or anywhere with an easy commute to Liverpool Street. My budget is £1,600 for my share.
If that sounds like you, message me and we'll grab a coffee.
