Professional looking for room in Sutton

I’m Anna, a 25-year-old communications professional working full-time in Sutton. I work on a hybrid basis, usually three days in the office and two days from home, and I’m looking to move closer to work.
My budget is £800-900 per month with bills included. I would strongly prefer an en-suite room, although I would also consider sharing a bathroom with one other person. As I work from home twice a week, having a desk and a comfortable workspace in the room is essential for me.

A peaceful and quiet home environment is important to me, although I’m also happy to have a chat or share a cup of tea with my housemates.
