Looking for a cozy room around Haymarket

I've been living in Edinburgh for a couple of months after travelling and am now looking for somewhere longer-term to settle down in.

I'm a qualified teacher but currently working as a bartender in the Haymarket area. I'm not too strict about the area but would love to be within walking distance to work.

I’m super easygoing and love sports, walks, a chat and a pint and would love to be friends with the people I live with, but totally respectful of other people’s space.
