Software engineer looking for a long-term room

Hi! I'm Shreyas, moving to Cambridge on a three-year contract as a software engineer at the European Bioinformatics Institute on the Genome Campus, so I'm hoping to find somewhere to settle for a while.

I'm looking in Cambridge itself, CB1 to CB5, or close by within an easy cycle.

I'll be on campus a couple of days a week and working from home the rest, so a room with space for a desk would be lovely. I don't smoke, and don't have pets.

Outside work I'll be running, working out, reading a lot of anthropology, fantasy and sci-fi (recommendations always welcome!), and cooking, I've got into fermenting and make my own tempeh. I'm happy with either tea or coffee.

I'd love a friendly house where people hang out together now and then. Happy to share my employment contract and do a video call or viewing, so do message me!
