Flatmate wanted for a cosy 2 bed in Manchester ✨

Hi! I’m Frances, 22, and I’m looking for a flatmate to find a 2-bed flatshare around Deansgate / Manchester city centre.

I’m working full-time and looking to move to Manchester, ideally somewhere central or just outside the centre, within easy reach of Deansgate where I work, as well as shops, cafés, the gym, etc.

I’ve already found a few apartments I’m interested in, so if you’re searching at the moment too, I’d love to look for somewhere together!

A bit about me: I’m really into the gym and fitness, good food, good coffee, and trying out new places. I love a good chilled evening, and I’m a fantastic chef if I do say so myself – I love cooking for other people and hosting, as well as occasionally going out for drinks or doing something fun at the weekend.

I’m quite independent and definitely appreciate my own space, but I’d also love to live with someone I genuinely get on with rather than just co-existing in the same flat.

I’m looking for someone around a similar age/life stage who is friendly, clean and respectful, and has a good balance between being sociable and doing their own thing. Ideally, we could have the occasional coffee, gym session or night out together, but without any pressure to be attached at the hip!

I’d love the flat to feel calm, comfortable and like an actual home, so keeping shared spaces reasonably tidy and being considerate of each other is important to me. I also get quite excited about decorating, so making a new place feel like home would be lovely!
