Friendly Housemate Looking for a Room in London |

I’m looking for a friendly, comfortable house share from around 7 January 2027 for approximately 24 months.

My requirements:

* Budget: £650–£725 pcm, ideally including bills
* Move-in date: January 2027
* Preferred areas: Acton, Acton Central, Chiswick, Hammersmith, Ealing, West Ealing, Hanwell, Southall, Greenford, Perivale, Northolt, Willesden, Stratford, Maryland, Forest Gate, Bow, Mile End, Leyton, Leytonstone, Walthamstow, Newham, the wider East End and Docklands.
* Also open to: Other well-connected areas of London with good public transport links. (preferably with an ensuite).

A little about me: I’m very friendly, welcoming and fun to be around! I enjoy having a laugh, getting to know people and creating a positive atmosphere. I’m sociable and approachable, but I also respect people’s privacy and personal space.

I’d love to find a welcoming home with considerate housemates where we can get along, have a laugh and enjoy living together while still having our own space. I’m also looking for somewhere I can settle into London life and focus on my university studies.
