Hi there!
I’m Shan-Yu (Samuel), a 27-year-old professional and part-time postgraduate student. I’m currently looking for a double room available from 1st November 2026, with a budget of up to £900 pcm (bills included preferred). Looking a LGBTQ+ friendly place
A bit about me:
• Routine: I balance work and evening studies, so my daily routine keeps me quite busy. I often return home a bit late in the evening, but I am very respectful, quiet, and mindful of housemates’ rest.
• Living Style: Clean, responsible, and easy-going. I value personal space and keep shared areas tidy, but I'm always up for a friendly catch-up or shared meal when schedules align.
• Flatmate Preferences: Ideally looking to share with male housemates aged between 25 and 45 in an LGBTQ+ friendly household.
