I’m Neetha Shaji, and I’m currently looking for a room in Guildford and hoping to move in before 22nd October.

I’m looking for a room in an existing flat share.

I’m clean, respectful, easy-going and pretty chilled at home. I value having my own space and a calm, comfortable home environment, but I’m also friendly and sociable and would love to get to know my housemates and hopefully become good friends. 😊

Outside of work, I enjoy going out for food, exploring new places, watching movies, spending time with friends and making the most of my weekends.

📍 Preferred areas: Guildford town centre, Surrey, University area & surrounding areas
💰 Budget: Around to Max of £750 pcm, ideally including bills
🏠 Looking for: Spare room / existing flat share
📅 Move-in: Before 22nd October

I’m hoping to get everything sorted before 22nd October, so I can settle in comfortably and get everything organised.
