Professional looking for a room near Addenbrooke’s

Hi everyone - I’m a 28 year old professional, looking to relocate to Cambridge in the new year. Ideally, I’d like a small house share with likeminded people who are tidy and clean, and a parking spot. I’d like to be close to Addenbrooke’s for work, and am really looking forward to seeing what the city has to offer! I’m easygoing and clean, and I keep normal waking hours. I might do one day WFH a week. I like reading and literature, and adore going wandering on my days off to see the sights. Trumpington, Great Shelford, or Cherry Hinton seem to be ideal locations but I’m open to the right one wherever it may be.
