Professional female looking for room/buddy up

Hi, my name's Lara and I'm a 28 year old, full time working professional!

My family's moving to Devon mid November and I'd like to stay in Tunbridge Wells (though open to other locations). Ideally I'd like to buddy up with someone to rent, but if you have a room available, please let me know.

I'm very laid-back, open, and love to chat about anything and everything. I work Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 (with the occasional Saturday), but enjoy cooking, baking, watching the football and F1, going out for food and drinks, and going to the beach or for a walk out in nature in my spare time. I also love a road trip (I drive and have a car). I have been known for being a bit messy in my own private space, but I will always make sure shared spaces are clean and tidy.

I have a 4 year old cat called Clementine, who's a sweet but sassy girl! She likes to switch between being an indoor and outdoor cat - if I tried to keep her indoors, she'd probably kill me. She's microchipped, flea treated monthly, and fully vaccinated and paid for by me.

I don't have many preferences for a housemate, all I ask is that you're a kind person! It would also be nice if you're a mix of sociable and independent like myself.
