Hi, I’m Stephanie. professional female aged 40. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable and peaceful room in or around Cookstown, ideally within easy reach of my workplace.

I’ll be starting a new job in the Cookstown area BT80, so I’m looking for somewhere convenient and would ideally like a short-term arrangement initially, with the possibility of staying longer if everything works well.

I’m a quiet, respectful and tidy person. I’m considerate of other people’s space and privacy, and I’m looking for a friendly and comfortable home rather than a busy party environment.

My usual routine will mainly be work and resting, especially as I’ll have early starts. In my spare time I enjoy relaxing, watching films/TV, talking with family and keeping things peaceful. I’m happy to socialise occasionally, but I also value having my own quiet time.

I’m looking for a furnished room, preferably with bills included, and ideally a home without pets. My budget is around £350–£500 per month depending on the room and what is included.
