My brother and I are looking for a furnished double room to rent.

What we are looking for:
Furnished double room suitable for two people (2 separate beds or 1 double doesn't matter for us).
Availability of parking for one car (on-drive or on-street parking).
Location: Lancashire or nearby surrounding towns.
Payment & Security:
To make the tenancy completely simple, smooth, and secure for the landlord, we are fully prepared to pay several months of rent in advance upon signing the agreement, along with the required deposit.
