Seeking en-suite room with private bathroom.

Hi, my name is Segun. I’m a friendly, respectful and responsible working professional currently working full-time as a Refuse Loader for Ipswich Borough Council. I’m looking for a clean and comfortable place to live, preferably with a private bathroom. My budget is around £500–£650 per month. I’m tidy, quiet and considerate of the property and neighbours, and I take my rent and other commitments seriously. I’m looking for somewhere I can settle and treat as a home. I’d be happy to provide any references or documents you may require.

Thank you for considering me.
