Professional Seeking a double room from 12th Oct

Hi! I’m a young professional looking for a clean, comfortable room from around 12th October 2026.

I currently work as a receptionist at the University of Bath, and I’ve recently completed my MSc in Business Analytics there as well.

My budget is around £800–£900 pcm, ideally including bills.

An en-suite would be my preference, although I’d also consider a shared bathroom if the house and people are a really good fit. A shared living room would be a big plus, as I’d like somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room.

In terms of tenancy, I’m ideally looking for a short initial term of around 3-4 months, with the option to continue on a rolling/monthly basis rather than being tied into a 12-month fixed contract.

I’m flexible with viewings and happy to have a quick call first. I can also move quickly if I find the right place.
